ACTION ALERT FOR THE CLIMATE ELECTION August 21, 2021 ELECTION ORGANIZING MEETING Wednesday, August 25 – 6:30 pm You are invited to join TEAM Climate 2021! We’re an informal network of climate groups in Toronto working together to bring climate urgency into this election We need your help with: Messaging: signs, buttons, door hangers, postcards Media: getting more media coverage on climate and more content for our election website Outreach: help us get more people involved & build our network Candidates’ Pledge: we are asking candidates to support the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty, which was recently endorsed by Toronto City Council. Help us plan to deliver a pledge request to all candidates in the GTA.
