In September of last year, the Global Climate Strike mobilized hundreds of thousands of activists worldwide, and effectively ushered in a new era of heightened climate awareness and action across the globe.

To celebrate this upcoming Global Day of Climate Action, The Climate Reality Project Canada is organizing a virtual panel with participation from Climate Reality Leaders and youth activist leaders.
This discussion will be facilitated by Katelynne Herchak, Deputy Chair of the Youth Advisory Group of the Canadian Commission for UNESCO.
The event aims to amplify youth voices in the climate movement as well as shed light on key topics linked to climate justice and intergenerational mobilization from a diversity of perspectives.
Beginning at 4pm EST on September 24th, Youth Speak on Climate will feature Sudbury teen activist Sophia Mathur, Fridays for Future Toronto Ruby Swartz and Cooper Price, Climate Reality Leader Judy Fainstein.
