PWYC Toronto Climate Film Festival – Plastics Movie Screening

Screening of condensed version of “A Plastic Ocean” followed by “The Clean Bin Project”

About this Event

Only 9% of plastic gets recycled in Canada.

Let’s check out together where the rest ends up, what consequences that has and how we can change it together.

Join us for our first Toronto Climate Film Festival screening in 2019.

We will start off the festival with of a condensed version of “A Plastic Ocean“ followed by “The Clean Bin Project“.

Come to CSI Spadina, 3rd floor.

From knowing comes caring. From caring comes change: Let’s start the conversation.

We will be joined by Jayson Zwierschke, CEO of Matter Global Solutions and acting General Manager of Plastic Oceans for Eastern Canada, for this conversation.

He and us (volunteers from Greenpeace Canada and ClimateFast) will also share possible actions against single use plastic consumption.

Tickets are PWYC (Pay What You Can) and limited.

Any earnings which exceed our costs will be donated to Greenpeace and ClimateFast.
