Francis is Managing Director of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research at TD Economics. He produces research covering both the economic and social implications of the clean energy transition. Francis previously served as chief economist at CPA Canada.

Julia is the CEO of the Atmospheric Fund, focused on advancing the organization’s solutions to climate and air pollution. In 2016, she received the Minister’s Award for Environmental Excellence for her environment and climate work, and is a member of Canada’s Generation Energy Council.
