[Online Workshop] Dealing with Digital Burnout

“Burnout” refers to the impacts of facing prolonged periods of intense mental, physical, or emotional stress due to overworking, whether in professional, academic, or social contexts.

COVID-19 has inevitably introduced new challenges and adjustments to our work, whether we’re working remotely, looking for work, or working longer hours. Setting healthy boundaries around work, managing and restoring our energy, and navigating increased screen time are just a few of the many changes we’re confronted with.

During this action-oriented workshop, you will:

  • Connect with others who are also seeking to understand their relationships to stress, productivity, and burnout.*
  • Explore and unpack sources of burnout, including signs and signals of high stress.
  • Learn and apply practical tools and strategies to manage your energy and time during COVID-19 and beyond, including tips for building healthy habits.

*Please note that the facilitators of this workshop are not mental health professionals.
