Online Workshop #5: How We Win – A Green New Deal for Alberta

Now that we understand the moment we’re in, it’s time to dig deep on our ‘theory of change’ and how we’ll organize to win. In this workshop, we’ll talk about our view of power and how we can leverage the ‘cycle of momentum’ to build a mass movement for social, economic, and climate justice. We’ll go over the two traditions of organizing— structure and mass protest— and discuss how we can use a combination of both to take power from the wealthy élite and secure material victories for us all.
