Justice for Truck Drivers Townhall Brampton

Too many truck drivers are facing issues of low pay, wage theft, illegal deductions, harassment, and unsafe work. We need better working conditions and stronger enforcement of the laws.

ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ‘ਚ ਉਹ ਟਰੱਕ ਡਰਾਇਵਰ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਘੱਟ ਪੇਅ ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੇਅ ਵੀ ਮਾਰ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਗੈਰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਪੇਅ ‘ਚੋਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਕੱਟ ਲਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਧੱਕੇਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਵੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਸਾਡਾ ਕੰਮ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਖਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸਾਡੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ, ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਟਾਊਨ-ਹਾਲ ‘ਚ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਕਰੋ।
