#GenClimateAction: How youth-led litigation is making Canadian legal history

oin this exclusive conversation with key figures in Ecojustice’s most ambitious climate lawsuit to date — one that is rewriting Canadian legal history. In November, we celebrated a victory when the Ontario Superior Court dismissed the Ford government’s motion to strike this case. It marked the first time a Canadian court has ever allowed climate Charter litigation like this to proceed. But now, the youth applicants are preparing to fend off a second attempt by the government to shut down their lawsuit.
