Draft Guidelines Released: CCUS & Clean Technology Tax Credit
After over a year of waiting and over 13.9 million hectares of land consumed by forest fires this summer alone, on August 4th, draft guidelines for how two of the Clean Technology Tax Credits (CTTCs) will function were released: CCUS and the Clean Technology Investment Tax Credit!
On September 7th, join CleanTech North in collaboration with the Ontario Clean Technology Industry Association and Canada Cleantech Alliance as we delve into the “Legislative Proposals Relating to the Income Tax Act and the Income Tax Regulations (Budget 2023 and other proposals)” which highlight the proposed way these credits will function.
This webinar will provide insight to participants as well as gather feedback and input from the cleantech community which must be submitted to the Government of Canada by September 8, 2023
