BCG Private Sector Strategy Session

On June 29, the Bargaining for the Common Good (BCG) network will convene a half-day strategy session on BCG campaigning in the private sector. This virtual event will convene unions and community allies who are leading the way in adapting the BCG approach from recent public sector struggles to the private sector context by incorporating community demands of our employers into workers’ bargaining and mobilization. The session also warmly welcomes organizations that are new to BCG and curious about how it could be put to use in their context. Participants will share examples of campaigns that bring together worker and community stakeholders and strategize about how BCG can strengthen the labor movement in the private sector.
