The Environmental and Climate Justice Focus Area at the Centre for Global Peace, Justice, and Health in the Faculty of Humanities at McMaster University invites students, faculty, staff and the broader community to the online event Environmental and Climate Justice: Putting a Spotlight on Faculty Research at McMaster University. The Environmental and Climate Justice Focus Area explores developing research on the climate emergency and environmental health through a human rights and peace studies lens. This online event will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 2-3:30 pm on Zoom. Faculty members of the Environmental and Climate Justice Focus Area at the Centre will deliver short presentations on their current and future research on environmental and climate justice. If you are interested in learning about research in this area at the Centre and potential opportunities to collaborate on grants, research, community work and other activities, we would love to see you there.
