FringeTO 2030: Scenario Planning for a Climate-Ready Festival

This is an event for any and all members of The Toronto Fringe community. Are you an artist? Patron? Volunteer? Staff member? Just someone who likes to hang out on the Fringe Patio? We want your ideas!

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has given us until the year 2030 to take drastic action on climate change. In this collaborative workshop, we will explore possible future scenarios we may be faced with, and devise ways that we, as a creative community, can meet these challenges head-on while continuing to foster a vibrant microcosm of art, joy and community spirit. This workshop will be presented in a participative format, so come ready to share your ideas and work with others!

FRINGE 2030 is not about doom and gloom. It’s about innovation, inclusion and hope. Be a part of it.
