SUMMARY:New Green Energy Doors Open Symposium
DESCRIPTION:OSEA Members, Non-Members and Guests are invited to register for our second Post-COVID New GEDO 2024 Symposium. It will be on November 28th from 8:30 to 12:30 at Centennial College 937 Progress Avenue, Toronto, ON, M1G 3T8.\nCome to network, socialize and be educated about some of the key issues and opportunities for our sector. We will also have a remote access price so that those that can’t attend will receive a link and watch remotely and a link to the recording. This will allow those across the province to gain this latest information on sustainable energy options.\nPrior to the pandemic, the Green Energy Doors Open events were held over a few days with members and sponsors opening their facility doors to engage their clients, community members and show them the sustainable energy technologies and projects on which they were working. This open-door approach is not feasible at this time. As the Ontario Energy Plan has now included renewable energy and storage options that will be built across the province, we may return to the open-door format in the future.\nThe event ends at 12:30 to allow those that need to leave and have the afternoon for other activities. For those that want to stay and network, our Board members and some of the participants plan to go for lunch in the cafeteria where are a number of food options.\n
