The film will be preceded by a panel discussion moderated by York University’s chief sustainability officer, Mike Layton.\nDetails:\nChanging Gears traces the diverse journeys of three community organizations operating in Canada (Charlie’s FreeWheels), Nicaragua (Comision de Mujer Joven), and Uganda (Union of Hope) in their efforts to use bicycles for more just, equitable and sustainable futures.\nThe film will be preceded by a panel discussion moderated by York University’s chief sustainability officer, Mike Layton, and will explore how bicycles can help shape Toronto’s future.\nTickets are available on a pay-what-you-can basis and event proceeds will help support CFW programming. Donations $20 and over are eligible for a charitable tax receipt.\n
