SUMMARY:Global Trainings Week: Climate Justice Conversation – Day 2
DESCRIPTION:350.org is hosting a week of trainings for organisers around the world, and we invite you to join us for these powerful open sessions! You’ll hear voices from across the movement on where we are now, and where we need to go next.\nRepairing and Resisting: organising after climate impacts ( https://trainings.350.org/join-us-for-global-trainings-week/?akid=215156.4816918.Wt6M4i&rd=1&source=em20220816-1-120-can&t=6&utm_medium=email&utm_source=actionkit# )\n\nClimate impacts are increasing in frequency and violence. Our movement is calling for ambitious climate action that can address the scale of the crisis — even as our communities are facing urgent crises. Hear stories about how communities experiencing devastating climate impacts are doing more than just surviving. Learn how they organized through their stories of resistance and resilience.\n\nSep 2, 2022, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Led by Akyaka Disaster Volunteers (Turkey), Nnimmo Bassey, and other impacted communities\nInterpretation for this session: Turkish, Spanish, and Portuguese\n\n\n
