DESCRIPTION:Charting the Path to 2030: Introducing EARTH INDEX\n \nHave you ever noticed that commitments to reducing greenhouse gas emissions are rarely met with urgent climate action and deep emissions cuts? However, with only 403 weeks remaining until 2030, world leaders must act to close this “Say–Do Gap.”\nJoin us on April 20th for a first look at EARTH INDEX, a fundamental metric we devised  to measure the speed at which countries and sectors are reducing greenhouse gas emissions relative to their emissions reductions commitments.\nIn this session, Corporate Knights thought leaders reveal which countries and sectors are leading and lagging in the race to net-zero. A panel of leaders from the front lines of the climate movement respond to our findings and share their insights on the tectonic shifts needed for G20 countries to deliver on 2030 commitments.\n
