Caroline has a diverse background in international climate and energy policy analysis, in international and domestic fora. Caroline has previously worked at the International Energy Agency, the Government of New Brunswick, and in energy consulting with Navius Research. She holds an MA in Resource Management from Simon Fraser University. She is originally from Fredericton, New Brunswick and lives in Ottawa with her husband and two young sons.\n
