Anastasia will take you through the “science” of policymaking by providing an overview of the Canadian policy framework, including how policy gets created within the three branches of government. Anastasia will also dive into the “art” of policymaking through stories based on her own experiences and observations in advocating for improved and enhanced environmental protections.\nParticipants will leave with an improved understanding of:\n\nthe process of environmental policymaking;\nour professional and personal roles in shaping Canadian environmental policy;\nwhere to find more resources and tools.\n\nCost: $20 per person.
