DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nPlease join us for an online Community Conversation about sea level rise and coastal flooding in the False Creek area!\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this Event\n\n\nPlease join us for an online Community Conversation about sea level rise and coastal flooding in the False Creek area, what matters, and what type of responses we should consider.\nWith the current COVID-19 public health emergency, Community Conversations will be held on-line, but feature opportunities for more interactive input and discussion. The dynamic and interactive one-hour and 15 min session will be an opportunity for you to:\n\nExplore current and future flood risks in False Creek\n\n\nLearn about Vancouver’s ongoing work to address coastal flooding risks and improve community resilience\nProvide input on the community values that are at risk from coastal flooding\nExplore future options for adapting to higher sea levels\nDiscuss principles for guiding future design work.\n\nThe feedback we receive will help shape a coastal flood management approach for False Creek.\nThe City of Vancouver uses the Eventbrite program for the convenience of the public.
