DESCRIPTION:Time for another biweekly open space! These events provide time and space for you to work on your arts-based activism projects, meet people with shared interests, and explore how our art practices can be political and radical. All are welcome, whether you’ve identified as an artist or activist in the past or not.\nAs usual, we have a number of projects on the go, including an initiative to protest worldwide mining injustice. There will be a check-in on the planning for our March 14/15 large gathering.\nThis week there will also be collage art going down – you are invited to bring any and all materials that could be used for this, and join in!\nAccessing this event:\nWe will be upstairs at the Theatre Centre (1115 Queen St. W); enter using the back door. Text/call 647-406-5525 to be let in.\nMeeting room can be reached by stairs or a key-operated elevator. There is an all-gender washroom on the same floor as the meeting room.\nThe vibe of the event is drop-in style and you are welcome to come for any section. We usually get about 15-20 people and we have tea and snacks.\nWe hope to see you there! Feel free to send us a message if you have any questions about accessibility.\n
