We discuss avenues for action, and above all we have a great time surrounded by great people and tasty sweet potato treats (we’ve got vegan options too!).\nWe want to kick off 2020 right, and not only discuss current events, but also explore what steps we can take together to build stronger, more resilient communities in the face of so many environmental and social challenges! So bring your friends, and let’s set some intentions for the new year 😀\nStill not sure if this is for you? This is the place to be if:\n– you love sweet potatoes\n– you want to sit back and listen to different ideas\n– you want to learn about current events\n– you have so much to say you don’t even know where to begin\n– you’re feeling a little bit down about the world and you’re in search of some hope\n– you think the world is great! and you are convinced that we will solve all of our problems\n– you never talk about politics but you’re interested\n– you’re a well-seasoned informed citizen/activist/influencer…heck you could be running for prime minister\n– YOU WANT TO BE PART OF OUR SWEET POTATO FAM\nIf the cost is prohibitive for you, please COME ANYWAY!
