DESCRIPTION:\nWe’re holding 100 non-partisan all-candidate debates on the environment all across Canada, all before the next election, on October 2 & 3, 2019.\n\n\n100 debates on the Environment has a simple mission: to make the environment an issue that no party and no candidate can ignore by organizing more than 100 inclusive, politically neutral, and environment-focused all-candidates debates in communities across Canada.\nThe debates will create a forum where voters can hear directly from candidates about their visions for the environment. They will create accountability for elected leaders and spur meaningful government action towards a sustainable future.\nThis project is made up of national non-profits, businesses, citizens’ groups, high schools and universities, individuals and many others.
