DESCRIPTION:EXTINCTION PAVILION CNE DIE-IN\nDESCRIPTION\nJoin Extinction Rebellion Toronto on August 20, 2019 as we gather outside the CNE to inform the public about the climate crisis and highlight its impact on biodiversity.\nWe hope to create an opportunity for public reflection on the climate emergency, to motivate broader public participation in Extinction Rebellion Toronto, and to demand that our government acts now to address this crisis.\nACTION DETAILS\nWe will meet at the Dufferin-King Parkette (256 Dufferin St.) west of Dufferin, south of King, for briefing at 5:15pm and walk to Dufferin Gate Bridge for the die-in.\nWe encourage participants to get creative and join us by dressing up like an endangered animal dear to their heart.\nThe police will be notified of this event.\nEXTINCTION REBELLION ACTION CONSENSUS\nIf you participate in XR actions, you need to abide by this action consensus: https://rebellion.earth/act-now/action-consensus/\nEXTINCTION REBELLION’S KEY DEMANDS\n1.
